Outstanding Academic Achievement Awards are given to students of the Legal Studies Department on June 14, 2012
The Outstanding Academic Achievement Award is given to Master’s students from each department who have achieved the highest GPA (grade point average) at the end of the program. In the 2011/2012 academic year, the recipients of the award at the Legal Studies Department were the following students:
Matija Milos – LL.M. in Comparative Constitutional Law
Natalija Bitiukova – LL.M. in Human Rights
Tomas Raskevicius – M.A. in Human Rights
Petar Kojdic – LL.M. in International Business Law
For the first time this year a special award was given to an Outstanding Student on the Human Rights program from the Bridges Across Borders Southeast Asia: Community Legal Education Initiative. The recipient of the award was
Ephrem Birhanu – LL.M. in Human Rights
The award was donated by Bruce Lasky, a Co-Founder and Director of Bridges Across Borders South East Asia: Community Legal Education Initiative, and alumnus of the Legal Studies Department from 2003.
